1) What is 950 silver?
All our pieces are 950 silver, which means that they contain 95% pure silver and have greater purity than 925 silver sterling. 950 silver is the purest sterling silver to make jewellery. You will find 950 inscribed into the back of the piece.

2) How do I request a custom jewellery?
Please send as an email with the specifications of the piece you want to customize at info@paqarinajewellery.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

3) Do you place items on back order?
We do place items on back order. They usually take 2-4 weeks to be ready to ship given that we only elaborate limited pieces of each piece. Please send us an email with the details of the item you want at info@paqarinajewellery.com.

4) How often do you bring new arrivals?
We have new arrivals every month, so we recommend you to check regularly our website. We promote our new arrivals in our newsletter, instagram and facebook page.

5) How do I determine my bracelet size?

6) Is it possible to re-size my Paqarina Jewellery bracelet, ring or necklace?
Bracelet, rings and necklaces can only be sized down. Please send us an email at info@paqarinajewellery.com and we will assist you in the steps to get your piece re-sized.

7) How can I make sure my silver jewellery won't get tarnished?

8) What currency are the prices displayed in?
Although you will be able to display prices on our store in major different currencies (see "currency switcher" box on left top corner), our e-commerce platform host -Shopify- will still process orders in Singapore Dollars (SGD) that is our shop's currency. At checkout, our shop will revert back to its currency (SGD).
Rates used by Shopify are refreshed twice a day and pulled from http://www.xe.com. Rates are automatically updated at 00:00 GMT and 07:00 GMT.

9) Are prices inclusive of taxes?
All prices displayed are inclusive of taxes for Singapore.
For international orders, all additional taxes, import fees and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs house to find out if any additional charges will be applied to your order.

10) What payment methods are offered?
We accept payment from major credit cards and PayPal.
We accept international credit cards.

11) Do I need to create an account to shop with you?
You don’t need to create an account to shop with us. You can pay as a guest; however, creating an account will help us remember your details at your next purchase, and you will also be able to view your order history.

12) How do I amend my order?
Please send us an email to info@paqarinajewellery.com and we’ll try to modify your order. Unfortunately, if your order has already been sent out, we will not be able to amend your order.

13) Is it safe to pay in your website?
We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. You can rest assured that with each purchase your credit card or bank account information will be secured.

14) What is the shipping fee and estimated time of delivery?
There is FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders to Singapore. You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days via registered post.

There is FREE STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING for all order above SG$200. For international orders below SG$200 we charge a flat shipping fee of SG$ 20. Your order will arrive within 7-14 days via registered post.

Interested in express delivery? Please email us including the destination country and will get back to you with the information about the shipping cost.

15) What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days from the day you receive your order. The item must be return unworn and in its original packaging.

Please keep in mind that you must notify us your return order with a maximum of 5 days after receiving your item at info@paqarinajewellery.com.

16) What is your exchange policy?
We accept exchanges within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Please send us an email at info@paqarinajewellery.com indicating the product you would like to exchange for with a maximum of 5 days after receiving your item.

Once we have received your item, we will proceed to ship the new exchange order. You will be notified via email once your exchange order is confirmed and dispatched.

17) Do I need to pay for return/ exchange orders?
Our customers need to pay for return shipping of the items, except for defective items. In this latter case, we will refund you the return postage costs once we receive your return item.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that if we find that the returned or exchange item is in an unacceptable condition, we will send you back the item.

18) Do you have any stores?
We don’t have any stores for the moment, but we constantly do showrooms and participate in fairs in Singapore that we announce in our newsletter and social media platforms.

20) What means Paqarina?
Our name, Paqarina Jewellery, originates from Quechua, the language of the Incas (which is still spoken in the highlands of Peru). Paqarina means “dawn and new beginning”. We hope that our jewellery will indeed be the “dawn and new beginning” of beauty for our discerning customers, as well as a “dawn and new beginning” for our experienced artisans.
